All products sold are covered by a regular warranty recognized by the manufacturers for 6 months from the date of purchase.
The warranty covers any obvious manufacturing defects. It does not cover defects caused by the wear and the tear of time or caused by distraction, carelessness or improper use of the product.
The customer can inform us of any defective product for which warranty intervention is requested by sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org, including the following data:
- Order number
- Purchase date
- Name and Surname (communicated in the purchase procedure)
- Description of the defect and photographic material
The staff will check the warranty coverage of the products indicated and, if this is confirmed, will contact the customer to agree on the method of delivery, which will be entirely charged to Prosac Alwaysmile Srl.
The products considered defective will be examined by an expert or by the manufacturer himself. If the defect is found by the appraisal, the guarantee will become enforceable. The customer will be reimbursed proportionally to the state of wear of the product, or will be sent to him another product identical to the one he ordered.
It is essential to keep the tax documents proving the purchase of the products.
