SHIPMENTS AND RETURNS
Delivery times include, in addition to the transit time of the courier specified below, production times which change depending on the product purchased. For more information about these order fulfillment times, refer to the specific product sheet of the selected item.
Prosac Alwaysmile will deliver the ordered products with the conditions chosen by the purchaser among those indicated on the website at the time of the purchase.
Shipping is always free throughout Italy and is made by express courier Bartolini (BRT S.p.a). If you choose cash on delivery as a method of payment an additional cost of 5 euros will be applied to the order.
Transit times are approximately 24/48 hours. For Basilicata, Calabria, Sicily and Sardinia, delivery takes 2/3 working days, while for disadvantaged places and smaller islands it takes 3/5 working days.
The BRT courier, as a rule, makes three delivery attempts: the tracking number of the shipment and other details will be sent by Bartolini via e-mail/SMS indicated by you when ordering. In case of non-delivery the storage procedure will be activated and you will be contacted by Prosac Alwaysmile staff for further indications.
Shipping across the EU are made by the express courier Bartolini (BRT S.p.a.). Transit times are approximately 48/72 hours. International shipping outside the EU is made by DHL courier. Transit times are about 3/7 days.
The tracking number of the shipment and other details will be sent by Bartolini/DHL via the e-mail address entered when placing your order.
The user who holds the quality of consumer and who for any reason is not satisfied with the purchase of physical products has the right to withdraw from the contract, without any penalty and without specifying the reason within 14 days from the date of delivery of the product.
The user is responsible for the integrity of the product as long as the same good is in his possession and must take all appropriate measures to preserve the product and do everything possible so that it is returned in the best possible conditions, including the original packaging not damaged, instruction manuals, accessories, any separate items and any other components. The product must therefore be returned intact and in a normal state of preservation, complete with fiscal documentation.
The refund will be made in the manner agreed with the buyer only after the goods have been viewed on his return. The buyer can decide, as an alternative to the reimbursement of the goods, the exchange with another product, agreeing with Prosac Alwaysmile a possible difference in price and/or withdrawals and shipments to be made. The shipping costs for the return of the goods will be borne by Prosac Alwaysmile. It will be offered to the buyer a free withdrawal service, with the Bartolini courier.
The shipping costs for the return of the goods will be charged to the buyer. The buyer can take advantage of the shipping service of the partner courier of Prosac Alwaysmile, but in this case the shipping costs of this withdrawal will be deducted to the refund.
